Refunds are not issued for the following

1. No longer in need of the product.

2. Deciding to cancel the order post-shipment.

3. Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.

4. Order delivered to the wrong address due to an invalid address given by the customer.

5. No picture/video proof of defective product.

6. Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.

Refunds are not issued for orders 2 months (8 weeks) after the shipment date.
